To achieve this goal Wisdom Together Academy will provide transformational experiences that draws upon the disciplines of contemplative practice, organizational learning, expressive arts, neuroscience, and complexity science for improved performance in all dimensions of life.

What is Wisdom
Wisdom is a deep, inner knowledge, connected with the source of life. Wisdom is the language of your heart – honest and free. In this space, there is no right or wrong – just a deep understanding of our existence. Wisdom is love combined with intelligence, compassion and freedom. Wisdom is life!
Participants will develop a deeper understanding of Wisdom to enrich their lives and work.
Wisdom Academy Design
This initiative is designed to support participants in developing and deepening their intuitive and cognitive understanding of their potential while inspiring their integrative embodied learning. We will emphasize the blending of intuitive-enhancing life-work skills, transformational insights, and awareness of global trends in wisdom related research.
Participants will develop a wide array of personal and shared practices for bringing a deeper wisdom into their lives and work.
Conscious Leaders
Conscious leaders have high levels of inner and outer awareness and act with compassion to share their knowledge and experience with others. They lead from an inner source of wisdom and authentic power, can be found in any position in our societies and are not attached to visibility, dominance or their own point of view. In our view, everyone can be a conscious leader.
Participants will get a deeper understanding of conscious leadership for themselves and others.

With rapidly mounting challenges in the social, economic and environmental sectors, there is presently no flexible yet overarching platform to host dialogues, transformation and change-initiatives embracing a holistic perspective. In our view, conscious leaders can play a fundamental role in a transformative process that goes from the inside out: from leaders to organizations to systems, and society at large

PROGRAM ELEMENTS:
3 Training Sessions
Three intensive workshop sessions over the course of one year. Each session are 2 1⁄2 days (Friday to Sunday) and will take place in an inspiring location.
Ongoing personal mentoring and coaching opportunities
To encourage, inspire and optimize the integration of program learning, personal mentoring and coaching will be available for all program attendees based on their respective interests.
Personal and Collective Initiatives
As an optional element of this program, individuals and small teams will be supported to develop self-initiated projects. These initiatives are intended to provide opportunities to work together to apply program insights and inspirations in their lives.
Monthly Digital Meet-Ups (Optional)
Formal sessions will be supplemented by monthly 2 hours digital meet-ups (optional) to sustain deeper reflection on and integration of learning, sharing of insights and best practices, and exploration of emerging themes, opportunities, and potent questions.
Learning Lab Resource Hub
Our digital Laboratory Resource Hub will offer a wealth of diverse materials to support members of our learning community in their on-going research, practice, and work to bring greater happiness, positivity, and well-being to their lives, work, society, and world. Members of our learning community will also be encouraged to post resources that they find helpful in this Resource Hub.

Workshops
Heart Opening and awareness training, Wisdom Circles based on the U-Theory, Listening Exercises, Dialog Walks, Nature Experiences, Journaling (tapping into your potential), 4-D mapping (constellation work), Intuition training (connecting the right and left brain) etc.
Mentorship
Experienced Wisdom speakers, mentors & friends will give you at least 2-hours a quarter answering “burning” questions and give advice
Coaching
Network of professional Wisdom Together coaches with different backgrounds e.g. in business (e.g. executives and consultants), science (e.g. psychology, neuroscience), technology (e.g. Google, Facebook) and art (e.g. innovation, design thinking) can accompany you throughout the year.
E-Learning
Webinars with elaborated speakers like from our Wisdom Together network will speak e.g. about intuition, alternative measurement of wellbeing, multiple-forms of capital and Conscious Leadership and personal development
Digital Library
Video and reading materials carefully selected towards certain keywords like Consciousness, Awareness, Purpose, Intuition, Innovation, Systemic Thinking will be offered for self-learning

PERSONAL MISSION: My mission is to support leaders in connecting with
and operating from their essence and enabling leadership in service of
creating a world that works for everyone.
PERSONAL FOCUS & EXPERTISE:
I believe that a mere focus on changing behaviour does not cause transformation or a
sustainable shift in a person’s life. The source of one’s behaviour is wired into mindsets,
fixed emotional moulds and body dispositions, which denies access to one’s
essence. By dissolving the mind-sets, developing emotional intelligence and restoring
the body to its original adaptive state, access to one’s essence becomes available,
which is a powerful space to operate from. Over the years, this has been the
foundation on which I have worked on any transformational engagement: be it for
individuals, teams or organisations.
In recent times my focus has been on facilitating Top Team Alignment, Group
Transformation and Executive Coaching at the CXO, senior and high potential
manager levels across various sectors in India and the world over .In over 15 years of
facilitation and about 2500 hours of coaching,I have had the privilege of touching
lives of leaders in 15 countries across Asia, Africa, Europe and America.
I am passionate about the journey of transformation and believe in leading by
example.
More about me…
After an Engineering Degree and an MBA from the University of Mumbai, I worked in
several challenging Sales and Marketing assignments as an executive in MNCs and
Indian organizations.
An existential crisis followed by transformation, helped me discover my calling and I
set up Life Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. with a group having a similar passion.
I have studied coaching with Newfield Network and obtained my Professional Coach
Certification (PCC) from ICF and a Certification for the U-Process from the
Presencing Institute-MIT. The U-Process is a mindfulness based transformation
technology. I am also on the global panel of McKinsey’s team of transformational
facilitators. Somatics, Mindfulness and Nonviolent Communication are also areas I
have been trained on and which I continue to integrate in my work.
I am a voracious reader and love spending time with my family, listening to Indian
classical music and singing. Poetry is a new found passion, which allows me to
creatively express the experiences I go through.
